The minimum charge for any carpet clean in £50 + VAT. This covers a full survey of the carpet and rooms, the area is fully prepared and hovered, followed by pre spraying and sweeping the whole carpet area, then the carpet is cleaned.
Following this procedure gives your carpet the perfect finish.

New Build Cleans
All our staff are CSCS card apprentices. Meaning we follow all health and safety guidelines, all staff are fully insured.

Communal Contract Cleaning
As part of our growing list of commercial cleaning services, JL Contract Cleaning have a dedicated team who take care of regular communal area maintenance. We are contracted to a number of property management companies and take care of many different types of residential and commercial buildings daily.

Communal area cleaning services can be carried out on a daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis. We can tailor our quote to you and your requirements. Each time we visit your premises we will make sure your communal areas are clean and welcoming.

End of Tenancy Cleaning
Our sole aim is deliver professional cleaning so that the property is ready for the next occupants. Our team of professional cleaners always make sure that the property is left clean, down to every detail. The end of tenancy clean will be done with professional cleaning products and equipment.
Our aim is to make your transition from your property an easy one. The end of tenancy clean can be done in accordance with a checklist provided by the letting agent or landlord. 1 bedroom prices start from £110.
Spots and Stain Removal
Not all spots and stains can be removed but our staff have the skills and experience to decide upon the best option for each job. We also offer upholstery cleaning carried put by our fully trained staff. In some special cases furniture and rugs may need to be taken away to our warehouse to be fully treated. We will always take the utmost care of your furniture whilst it is in our care.
Oven Cleaning
We only use non-caustic chemicals to clean your oven, this is particularly important for pregnant women and children, and also people with breathing conditions such as asthma.
You will never be overpowered with strong smelling fumes after we clean your oven and it will be ready to use immediately. We also clean dishwashers and fridge freezers, an important part of your home cleaning routine, which can sometimes be overlooked.

Insurance Work
